Fall/Winter/Spring/Summer clothing

"Clothes maketh a man!!!!" Once you are in college, you can be very liberal with your choice of clothing but also at the same time you have to adhere to certain guidelines that are required in special times.

1. It is always essential to keep a set of ethnic wear handy for special occasions and ceclebration of your ethnic tradition on campus.
2. Classes usually do not have a dress code but it is still preferable to refrain from the kind of clothing that might seem distractive or an altered form of nudity.
3. A set of formal clothes for college wide balls or galas is recommended.
4. Often international students wonder whether they should buy clothes from their own countries or the malls in Philly. If you are one of them, it is simply a matter of personal choice as to what kinds of clothes you like to dress up in. Some parallels might be drawn in terms of western dressing styles in both countries but it is not remarkable enough for it to be a dividing point in your social lives.
5. For winter, an important purchase is a pair of snow-boots. It is also recommended to buy winter wear from stores in the states as they are in conformity with the standards of cold in the region.
