Getting to and around campus
To get to the campus from the Philadelphia Airport there are various options: 1. Lady Liberty Airport Shuttle (Shuttle vans transporting 8 people at a time from the airport to different areas on campus) - Cost $8 2. Taxi Services - Flat Rate of $26 3. SEPTA - R1 - Cost $4.5 Drexel University provides one time free Lady Liberty tickets to all incoming international students. In regions around the campus, one can use the regular Drexel shuttle or the Penn Transit service both of which are free with a Drexel Dragon ID. There are shuttles also to other Drexel Campuses. For travelling around Philadelphia, the best option is SEPTA. SEPTA subway, bus and trolley schedules as well as regional rail schedules can be found on www.septa.org . You can even take taxis which are a comfortable option and often economical if more than one person is travelling. For travelling to neighboring states, you can avail of the PATCO and NJTransit rail services. For further information, check out the Travelling section under Resources of our website. |
