International Students and Scholars Services offers an orientation for newly arriving international students. A schedule of orientation events will be sent to you with your initial immigration document (I-20 or DS-2019).

Orientation for international students is mandatory and will include much of the same information presented during the July sessions. It will also include American culture workshops, sessions on U.S. higher education, and special information about immigration requirements and employment restrictions.

International students are welcome to attend a July session for their college or school, as well as the September international orientation. July sessions are not mandatory for international students. U.S. residents living abroad are also welcome to attend international student orientation.

International Orientation is your best chance to meet other freshman from more than 101 different countries and also an interesting student para-professional staff consisting of Orientation Leaders and Dragon Mentors. Don't Miss out!!!!!!
