IntroductionDrexel University has 9 student housing buildings located around campus. Out of the 9 buildings, 6 house freshmen only.

2.  Calhoun (Freshmen)

3.  Myers (Freshmen)

4.  Kelly (Freshmen)

5.  Van R (Freshmen)

6.  North (Upperclassmen and Transfer students)

7.  Race (Honors Freshmen)

8.  Caneris (Upperclassmen and Transfer students)

9.  University Crossings (first 6 floors open to all residents)

Rates

The housing rates are established each year by the Board of Trustees. These charges will appear on your University Tuition bill at the beginning of the academic year.
